Arif YILDIZ was born in 1980 in Elazığ, Turkey. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Elazığ. In 2001, he graduated from İnönü University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration. He received his master’s degree from Cumhuriyet University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Business Administration, Division of Management and Organization; and his Ph.D. from Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Business Administration. Yıldız began his professional career in the private sector. Between 2001 and 2003, he worked as a sales representative at an automotive company, and between 2003 and 2009, he was employed at a private bank. In 2009, he began his academic career as a lecturer at Cumhuriyet University Gürün Vocational School, where he served until 2013. From 2013 to 2023, he continued his academic career as a
lecturer at Adıyaman University Gölbaşı Vocational School. Since April 2023, he has been continuing his academic work at Malatya Turgut Özal University, Faculty of Social and Human Sciences, Department of International Business Management. Additionally, since August 2023, he has been serving as the Director of Malatya Turgut Özal University Kale Vocational School of Tourism and Hotel Management. He is married and has three children.
